Bulan Membaca PSS
Teknik Menjawab Soalan PMR - Matematik

Tips menghadapi peperiksaan

Sebaik-baiknya anda amalkan cara pernafasan begini semasa mengulangkaji pelajaran. Nanti kesannya lebih baik jika anda lakukan semasa peperiksaan.
Tip #1
Bahaya menghafal di saat akhir
Sebelum memasuki dewan peperiksaan, pasti anda pernah lihat kawan-kawan anda sibuk membuka buku dan cuba menghafal fakta-fakta pelajaran kan? Apa pendapat anda tentang perkara ini?
Tip #2
Latih kebolehan menumpukan perhatian
Selamat mencuba.
Tip #6
Teknik meningkatkan kepantasan semasa menjawab soalan peperiksaan
Saya ingin kongsikan satu tips tentang kepantasan.Bagaimana cara meningkatkan kepantasan?
Selamat mencuba.
Tip #7
Mengurangkan tekanan perasaan menjelang peperiksaan
Peperiksaan sudah semakin hampir. Bagaimanakah perasaan anda? Tertekan? Letih? Gementar?
Apakah kesan baik tentang tekanan perasaan? Fikirkan…….
Tip #8
Mengurangkan tekanan perasaan menjelang peperiksaan
Dapatkah anda meneka apakah kesan baik tekanan perasaan kepada kita? Baiklah, saya akan terangkan dulu apa kesan membuat latihan angkat berat.
Tip #9
Mengurangkan tekanan perasaan menjelang peperiksaan
Selamat mencuba.
Tip #10
Mengurangkan tekanan perasaan menjelang peperiksaan
Ingat?
Tip #11
Mengurangkan tekanan perasaan menjelang peperiksaan
~Dr. HM Tuah, ‘Nak ke Tak Nak’~
Kemudian, kempiskan belon itu perlahan-lahan selam 8 saat.
Kemudian biarkan belon itu kosong selama 4 saat. Tenangkan fikiran anda. Jangan fikirkan apa-apa.
Selamat mencuba.

About 1,700 quarts or 1,600 liters of blood pass through a person’s kidneys each day.
The right lung with 3 lobes is slightly larger than the left lung with only two lobes.
The heart beats about 3,000,000,000 times during a 70-year life-time
Small and large intestines combined when distended has a total of 28 ft. long
The tongue gives some indication of the presence of certain disorders elsewhere in the body.
The brain of a male is fully grown by the 20th year. Female is somewhat earlier. At the age of 20, the brain loses about one gram (0.04 ounce) of weight per year.
Blood/red blood cells/plasma/platelets
Average adult has 8 to 12 pints (3.8 to 5.7 liters) of blood and can lose one pint (1.47 liter) without danger.
The blood has a distinctive odor and salty taste and the body produces between 2,000,000 to 10,000,000 new red blood cells each second.
Red blood cells can be stored frozen and remain usable for up to 10 years.
Whole blood red blood cells can be stored under refrigeration for up to 6 weeks.
A normal count of red blood cells for man per cubic milliliter is 5 million and 4.5 million for woman. When the count is lower the person is anemic.
Plasma can be frozen and stored for up to one year.
Platelets are stored at room temperature for up to 5 days

Three of the smallest bones in the body are located in the ear; the hammer, the anvil and the stirrup.
No two brain cells are alike
The brain sends messages to other parts of the body at the rate of 240 mph
Glucose is the main source of energy of the brain
The brain of average human male (3 lbs) is heavier than human female (2.7 lbs).
The thinnest skin in the body is the eyelids - with an average of 1/32 of an inch (0.8 mm).
The thickest skin in the body is the sole - with an average of 1/8 of an inch (3.2 mm).
Each eye has 130,000,000 light receptors which send impulses to the brain
Do you know that the human eye is so sensitive that a person sitting on top of a hill on a moonless night could see a match being struck up to 80 km away?
We blink our eyes about 20,000 times a day
The skin has a vast network of receptors. If a hot object touches the skin, some of the 30,000 “hot spots” will warm of the danger. It has 250,000 cold receptors and about 500,000 touch receptors. The brain pays little attention to messages sent by only a few receptors.
Most people shed 40 pounds of skin in a lifetime
A typical DNA molecule is so long and thin that if it were the thickness of spaghetti, it would be 5 miles or 8 km long
There are 26 billion cells in a new born baby and about 100 trillion cells in an adult. There are about 210 known distinct human cell types.
There are 206 bones in the average body. However, there are a few people who have more, such as an extra pair of ribs, making 13 pairs instead of 12 and therefore 208 bones in total
At least 21 different organs - such as heart, liver and kidneys - can now be successfully transplanted into patients. Kidneys are the most common organs to be transplanted; they remove waste products from the blood stream
Nails grow at an average rate of 3 millimeters a month. The slowest growing finger nail is on the thumb nail and the fastest growing is the fingernail on the middle finger
The strongest muscle in the body is the masseter muscle, which is located in the jaw
The tongue has 3,000 taste buds, each with a sensory nerve connected with the brain that carries impulses which the brain interprets and passes judgment
The ears have 100,000 auditory cells. Minute nerves ending in the inner ear pick up a particular sound frequency and start vibrating.
We have about 100,000 hairs on our head.
